Culture and Leisure

In Sørum we have 2 public libraries. The Culture department also has responsibility for arranging leisure and holiday activities for children and youth. Other areas are sports, playgrounds, regional cooperative projects, subsidies.

We also work with protection of cultural values.

And last but not least: We have a sport and community centre at Sørumsand (Bingsfosshallen), and a music and culture school for children at Blaker (Kulturfabrikken at Blaker skanse).
